Redesigning of clips

Assalamualaikum

In these past few days, I been thinking about optimizing fuel energy used to launch the bullet from its cartridge. If this fuel able to be optimized, coking buildup will reduce and effective range will increase.

It is NEVER in my interest to design a new type of bullet. One of my requirement in designing this rifle is the ammunition must be standard round; easily found in every corner of the world even behind enemy lines.

Just changing some engineering principle of the bullet while maintaining the same look...
